Business expertise, along with personal real estate investment experience, are invaluable assets in the arsenal of a real estate professional. Ed Veranth brings his clients at The Real Estate Network, Inc. the best of both worlds. He founded a retail electronics business, grew it into a successful multi-store enterprise, then sold it to a national chain. Not one to be idle for long, Ed, with his wife Nancy, began a small mail order marketing company that originated in their home’s spare bedroom. Within a few years their thriving company grew into a national multi-million dollar business that developed products for real estate professionals.
It was during those years that Ed, not only grew to love the real estate industry, but gained valuable insight into its day-to-day operations. When Ed and Nancy sold their business they began to increase their own real estate investing and subsequently bought and sold more than a dozen luxury properties. Ed’s background is one-of-a-kind. He not only has a stellar acumen for growing successful businesses but Ed has had a colorful life in the theater! It’s not many people who would earn an MBA and then join a professional theater company but that’s just what he did after graduating from Rollins College. Ed eventually became associate producer at the third largest Equity theater company in the U.S. His love of theater continued after moving from London where he taught at the private Royal Russell School.
Ed has earned the prestigious designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist as a result of his achievements as a Realtor in Miami Beach, Florida. He has called Colorado Springs home for 25 years and currently resides in the Broadmoor area.
In addition, Ed has been an active board member and treasurer of several homeowner associations and has been a volunteer for the District Attorney’s Office for many years.
Ed’s extensive business background, creativity and thorough knowledge of the real estate business have positioned him to help any buyer or seller realize their luxury real estate dreams.

“You cared for our much-loved home as though it was yours and not simply a marketable commodity. The bold and enticing photo layouts and description of our place were stunning and you always had a new marketing tool or idea for a showing.”

"Your involvement was so critical to getting this chapter closed in our life. You are great. The buyers were certainly impressed with your diligence and knowledge. Madlyn and I were very relieved when the Harris’s accepted your involvement with the closing as we knew it would be done right, and expeditiously. And you proved us right! We are very appreciative for all of your hard work Ed. Thank you.

"In August and November 2010, Ed Veranth was our Transaction Broker on the new home be bought and our Realtor on our former home that we sold. We worked with Ed on a daily basis from mid August through early November on all aspects involved with both buying and selling a home in Colorado Springs. His expert real estate knowledge, extensive media connections for marketing properties that got to a national/international audience, unbelievable camera skills for spectacular home pictures for brochures, superb advice for preparing a property for showing and pricing and a wonderful bank reference for getting the best mortgage rates were simply unbelievably fantastic. If you want to sell or buy a home in Colorado Springs, my wife and I recommend Ed Veranth with our very highest endorsement."
